Over the years, Toya Delazy has made some shock worthy statements about everything from the next Zulu king to her anti-vax beliefs.
But this time, the outspoken singer is calling out the late Queen Elizabeth for allegedly being the “high priestess” of an occult.
TOYA DELAZY SHARES THEORY ON QUEEN’S FUNERAL
In a lengthy Twitter thread, Toya Delazy referenced a ceremonial act done during the Queen’s funeral – the breaking of a “wand of office” over her casket.
The practice was done by Lord Chamberlain Andrew Parker – who held the most senior position in the royal household. The deed marked symbolised the end of the Queen’s reign.
But Toya had another opinion and claimed the wand was actually a symbol of “witchcraft”.
She shared: “We were so focused on the African leaders being on a bus, we missed the part where the former English Queen’s witchcraft ‘wand’ was broken in half and placed on her box to mark the end of her era as the Saxon druid oracle and high priestess”.
Toya Delazy then went into a long explanation about the history of druids and how the Queen had a “conflict of interest” by also being the head of the church.
The singer – granddaughter of politician Mangosuthu Buthelezi – even shared what she believed was photographic “proof” of her allegations.
Toya DeLazy has been vocal about her beliefs on African spirituality and her disdain for colonisers and many aspects of the western world.
MIXED REACTIONS FROM TWEEPS
Whilst many followers praised Toya Delazy for “educating” them with her latest theory, others questioned the singer’s train of thought.
@Bunterwp: “The magic mushrooms are blooming this spring. What a lot of BS!”
@WolfelFigaro: “Get help. Or better yet as a proud black African, you should be worried when you sound like a QAnon fellow. Or a writer on national vanguard”
@sonofapreacher_: “Toya you believe every conspiracy theory…”
